Welcome
The Leo Marchutz School of Painting & Drawing is a school of art that seeks to teach its students (people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels) to see — into nature, into works of art, and into themselves — through a combination of impactful and immersive educational programs including painting and drawing workshops in Aix-en-Provence, France and beyond, museum study workshops in the United States, online programming, community-building events, and more.
The Leo Marchutz School of Painting & Drawing, originally incorporated in 1972, is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered in Washington, D.C. and an "association loi 1901" registered in France, and has no affiliation with the American College of the Mediterranean or the Institute of American Universities.
